For this assignment, create an 8- to 12-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that answers the following questions on rape and sexual assault.
- Differentiate between “diminished capacity,” marital/partner, and date rape. How and why are they different?
- Identify the different relationships and victims in each type of rape. Assess the role gender plays in rape reporting.
- Is incest between adults a crime?
- Describe how your state defines sexual assault crimes.
- Determine if there is mandatory reporting in your state if you suspect that a child or elderly person is being sexually abused. Explain when you are required to contact the authorities and how to do so.
